Objevtevicemuziky.cz (abbreviated as “OVM”) is a project of JTI, a multinational company that operates in the tobacco industry. JTI distributes many significant tobacco brands available on the Czech market.
The client approached us with a request to redesign an existing web & mobile application. The core reasons for the redesign included: implementation of new brand guidelines and secondly enabling the client to take action without relying on the development team. This redesign was also an opportunity to create a smoother and more successful user experience.
As the mobile application (App) was important but not crucial we decided to go with a PWA-ready mobile-first web application to save time and keep to budget. In addition together with the client’s team we designed a custom CMS to cover all of the use cases.
Our colleagues from Sherpas – a long-term partner of ours – took care of the visual design aspect, aligning the clients new image with the product design. We managed to successfully fulfill both goals of the redesign.
