This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to let you know what personal data we may collect about you when you interact with our software, websites and other services or products, including newsletters, downloadable materials, webinars, conferences and other events (“Services”), how we use that personal data and what are rights related to our processing of your personal data.
If you show an interest in, or register for, or use our Services, if you work for our client, if you apply for a job with us or if you are our supplier, we may be processing your personal data as follows:
We collect and and process (i) your email address and other details which you submit to us while inquiring about, applying for or using our Services (for example, by fulfilling a contact form) or while applying for a job with us, and (ii) information about how we cooperate with you or your employer.
We use your personal data that we collect for the following purposes:
(A) To provide you with the Services which you applied for and to negotiate terms of such Services. For example, if you use our contact form, we may follow-up to see whether we be of any assistance to you. As another example, If you subscribe for a newsletter, we will be sending you the updates about NETVOR, Services, our partners and their services. We do this to fulfil your order.
(B) To provide the Services which your employer applied for. For example, if you are your employer’s contact person, we work with your contact details. It is our legitimate interest to deliver the Services to your employer.
(C) To promote and improve our Services. If you use our Services, for example if your register for an event, we may send to you, from time to time, updates related such event or our similar services. This applies even if your don’t subscribe for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime. If you participate at our event, we may use photographs and videos taken during the event for our promotion. It is our legitimate interest to promote and improve our Services.
(D) To protect our rights. For example, if you license us your work as our supplier, we need to retain your details. It is our legitimate interest to protect our rights.
(E) To discuss and negotiate your potential employment with us.
(F) To comply with our legal obligations. For example if you unsubscribe from newsletters, we need to retain such information.
(G) To perform and consume a contract with you as our supplier
For (A): Until you unsubscribe from the Service or otherwise notify us that you are no longer interested in the Services.
For (B): Until your employer unsubscribes from or stops using the Service or until we learn that you left the employer.
For (C) and (D): Until the legitimate interest lasts and allows for such processing.
For (E): Until we discuss or negotiate your potential employment with us, but no longer than 6 months from your last communication to us.
For (F): Until the legal obligation last.
For (G): Until you remain our supplier.
Your data are processed by NETVOR as the data controller, and by suppliers of various services to NETVOR as data processors. NETVOR processes you data in EU, but our processors may process your personal data also in third countries. If we transfer the personal data outside EU, they will be safeguarded under the standard clauses or under the Privacy Shield arrangement. You have various rights under data protection laws: To the extent provided for under the applicable data protection laws, in particular GDPR, you may request access to your data from us (information about what your specific data we process and how do we work with them), you may request restriction of the processing your data (it means, that we do not delete the data but we will not work with them) you may request data rectification and deletion (always if the legal conditions are met), and you may object to the processing and to exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that we are violating legal rules by processing your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a national supervisory authority.
Objections against processing: If you don’t want us to use your data for sending you the newsletters, you may refuse it. You can either use an unsubscribe link in footer of each newsletter, or you can send us an objection by email or letter. If you refuse such processing, we will stop sending you newsletters. You may also refuse other processing based on legitimate interest and we will limit them, unless we prove serious and qualified legitimate reason for the processing.
